When using Internet Explorer, you click on the DOWNLOAD NOW button and nothing seems to happen. Actually it is downloading. Move the cursor to the top of internet explorer and you will see the hour glass. Or look in the lower corner of the screen and you will see the little symbol for downloading (which is a drive with a red arrow).

You can right-click on the Download Now button and choose “Save Target As…”, and save the file to a location on your computer.
